The same encryption process used to secure your account information secures messages sent via The Bank of Herrin Internet Banking. The Contact Us feature provided by The Bank of Herrin Internet Banking may be used to transmit confidential account information to The Bank of Herrin.

The Bank of Herrin may not be held accountable for any loss resulting from the delay or failure to transmit a message via The Bank of Herrin Internet Banking arising from user error, malfunction of equipment, natural impediments, and/or inaccurate or incomplete information.
Transfers between your accounts are free. Bill Pay service is offered to our online banking customers free of charge as a courtesy of The Bank of Herrin.

Bill Pay Schedule:

Savings bonds purchased after February 1, 2003 must be held for at least one year before they can be cashed in.
Cash Management ACH:
Origination file and Effective Date cannot be more than 2 days for credits and/or 1 day for debits. Transactions are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, but must be received by 1:00 p.m. for next business day's transactions. Transactions received on weekends are processed the next business day.
Fees for ACH origination are $3.00 per batch with a maximum monthly charge of $30.00. Additionally, if you have not used the Cash Management ACH services before, there is a one-time setup fee of $20.00.
Cash Management ACH Batch:
ACH transfers may be originated directly here, or you may import an ACH batch created with third-party software through the ACH Import screen. The Bank of Herrin is not responsible for errors in the content of the files created.
Cash Management ACH Import:
ACH Import is a process where direct payments or direct deposits are originated by separate software packages such as MS Money, Quickbooks, Peachtree, and others. Build and save your files in the chosen software, then use the BROWSE button to locate them for importation into the Online Banking Service. The Bank of Herrin is not responsible for errors in the content of the files imported.
Cash Management Order Money:
Please fill out the form listing the breakdown of denominations you need and your approximate arrival time. We ask that you allow at least 3 hours for processing time on Internet Orders for Money.

You may inform us of changes or corrections to your Customer Information File through this page. Enter any changes you wish us to make and submit it. Changes should be reflected in one business day.
We recommend changing your password frequently. Passwords need to be at least 6 characters long and need to have at least one number and five letters. Try not to pick obvious passwords so that identity theft can be thwarted. Examples of poor passwords would be your name, your child's name, your phone number or address. Better choices might include your father's birthday or the name of your pet when you were a child. Best choices are a mixture of numbers and letters with no recognizable pattern.

Passbook savings accounts allow inquiry only. Withdrawals and deposits require presentation of passbook to a teller.
Use this service to send yourself reminders of upcoming events such as anniversaries, birthdays, appointments, etc. An email is generated by the program at the appropriate time and sent to the email address you gave us when you applied for Online Banking at The Bank of Herrin.
Savings Bonds are not redeemable until one year has passed from the date of purchase.
The Bank of Herrin does not accept stop payment orders online. Please call the Bank at 618-942-6666 during regular working hours to request a stop payment on your account.
